Order Handling

Order confirmation
When you submit your order to us, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.

Shipping confirmation
You will then receive a second email from us at some point to notify you as soon as your order has been shipped. This second email should include tracking information if you have selected a courier service for delivery.

All orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 24 hours after we receive them, if in stock.

Delivery to P.O. box
Our courier service provides "door-to-door" service and does not deliver to P.O. boxes. To have your order delivered to a P.O. box you will have to select the mail service. 

 Please provide us with your work address if you would like your order delivered to your office.

Back Order Policy

If we do not have stock upon receipt of your order, we will take a back order and will inform you of this, giving you the option of cancelling or accepting.

Returns Policy

At Benco Boardgames, we sell all of our products with a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases.

We will gladly refund your money in full – minus original shipping costs – as long as the item is returned in its original packaging.
